BUSINESS LITIGATION

John Sase, Ph.D.

Business Litigation is a catch-all term that covers areas of business disputes including corporate takeovers, antitrust-law violations, intellectual property infringement, Uniform Commercial Code and contract actions, securities-law claims and disputes, construction litigation, real estate transaction disputes, defense of directors and officers, as well as compensation and employment issues, including non-compete, non-disclosure and non-solicitation agreements.

Though these areas of litigation may seem disparate, there does exist an economic commonality in both concept and method of analysis. In more than a quarter century of teaching, Dr. Sase has specialized in teaching managerial economics and quantitative methods. These fields embody the concepts, the theories, and the methods to precisely address all of these areas of Business Litigation.
