CLASS ACTION

Dr. Sase assists in lawsuits in which one or more parties file a complaint on behalf of themselves and all other people who are "similarly situated."

If the Class Action is certified, members of the class must be given notice, and the opportunity to exclude themselves from the proceeding. At this stage of the case, Dr. Sase works with the attorneys to deliver factual economic information concerning the process and value of the case to the members that aids them in their decision making. 

Only the class members who opt out are not bound by the judgment in the case. When the judgment is made and the award is determined, Dr. Sase continues to work with the attorneys to finalize and deliver the award amounts to each individual member.
