Testimony.....................................................$300.00 per hour 
(3-hour minimum plus travel)

Depositions..................................................$300.00 per hour 
(3-hour minimum plus travel)

Travel and Wait Time.................................$300.00 per hour

Retainer of $750.00 applied to billing for cases with expected hours of 10 or less.

Minimum Retainer of $1,500.00 applied to billing for business and institutional cases.
