Dr. Sase practices forensic and litigation economics against the backdrop of human capital. He measures and analyzes economic losses; prepares written economic-damage determinations; consults with attorneys and their clients; participates in discovery depositions; and provides expert testimony in court.

Dr. Sase researches and consults to find solutions to urban and regional challenges. Current projects include the development of the intermodal Great Lakes Global Freight Gateway from Southeast Michigan through the Port of Halifax.
